An East–Meets–West Physical Development Programme
Mighty Hero is a preschool physical development programme that combines the discipline and expressive flow of Wushu with the foundational training of Western Gymnastics. Rather than teaching isolated skills, our curriculum integrates culture, values, and scientifically grounded movement into one structured and engaging learning experience designed for young children.

Toddler Foundation
Instinctive movement, balance, simple coordination, early safety habits, and emotional regulation. Activities include Locomotor, jumping landing, soft rolls and playful Wushu-inspired actions using safe equipment.

Early Foundation Skills
Basic Wushu shapes, simple stances, controlled punches, beginner blocks, safe forward rolls, small jumps, and balance skills. Focus on imitation, coordination, and simple sequences.

Years
Strength, Stability & Basic Combinations
Improved stances, movement combinations, early blocks, flexibility training, static strength holds, and controlled rolls. Emphasis on stability, multi-step control, and movement quality.

Years
Flow, Rhythm & Safe Falling
Simplified Five-Step Fist Routine, directional movement, group formations, safe falling basics, rhythmic jumping, and linked movement sequences. Emphasis on rhythm, flow, teamwork, and confidence.

Years
Performance-Level Skills
Full routines, expressive movement, advanced stance transitions, improved falling techniques, higher-level balance work, strong bridges, and dynamic sequences. Focus on strength, control, expression, and primary school readiness.
